I haven’t had any motivation what so ever this week to exercise, I honestly think the cruddy cold and rain messes me up 😐. Plus It seems for me I just am drawn toward carbs more now. I find it’s a relief to see others with the same struggles!2 -

While there is no loss on the scale this week, my NSVs have been abundant, one of which includes having distinguishable ankles again lol. Also, I am confident that I am down inches. I haven't measured for this week yet, but based on how my clothes are fitting, something is happening.5 -

@LMK02020 great weigh in! Friday/Saturday felt like snacky days for me... for this week, I've preplanned my days(for the most part) and added "snacks" to keep that craving away-nutrigrain bars, yogurt, fruit, cheddar cheese. Hoping it will help me out, with TOM on it's way!1 -

Yesterday I had my mom over for a birthday dinner and cake. The whole thing came out really nice, but I was exhausted afterwards!
In addition to making a.huge dinner, I also made roasted veggies for the week, and took out salmon for tomorrow night. Salmon was originally on the menu for tonight, but we still have a lot of roast left over from yesterday. I feel pretty positive about how well I've planned out the week! Hopefully it stays this way!5 -
