    Ooooohhhh today was a rough food day! First one in a long time. Weigh-in tomorrow, hopefully I didn't blow the week!!! Fingers crossed. :(

    I haven’t had any motivation what so ever this week to exercise, I honestly think the cruddy cold and rain messes me up 😐. Plus It seems for me I just am drawn toward carbs more now. I find it’s a relief to see others with the same struggles!

    @LMK02020 great weigh in! Friday/Saturday felt like snacky days for me... for this week, I've preplanned my days(for the most part) and added "snacks" to keep that craving away-nutrigrain bars, yogurt, fruit, cheddar cheese. Hoping it will help me out, with TOM on it's way!

    While there is no loss on the scale this week, my NSVs have been abundant, one of which includes having distinguishable ankles again lol. Also, I am confident that I am down inches. I haven't measured for this week yet, but based on how my clothes are fitting, something is happening.

    @primekayprime Having a maintain week is perfect! Especially when you are having other NSVs! Keep up the awesome work! :)

    @simbersea great work! And good for you for having brownies-remember that this is a long process, you need to allow yourself the good stuff, because you can't avoid it forever! It doesn't matter how long it takes for us to get to our goal, as long as we make it there one day! :)

    This past week was weird and hard and I was all over the place in mood, meals, snacks, little exercise, schedule...but ended up with a great loss?! Sometimes it doesn’t make sense. I set an ambitious goal for the month and now who knows?
