Pass day 3 of 3, so still in winner's circle for January. It's been a rough couple of days and exercise and logging have not been 100%, so I took pass days since I still had two in my bank. My husband's father's situation is not good at all.4

Jan 31 - Today was my sister's 75th birthday made somewhat bitter/sweet by the death of her husband of 52 years just 10 months ago. We had a party! I did have plans on how I was going to celebrate AND hit the goals but, alas, that did not happen. Champagne was involved.3

Pass day #2. I only recorded part of the day. My son ended up in the ER getting his appendix out. All went well, but I didn't end up keeping track of everything I ate.3
