    Exercise: Yes, now that my vertigo is gone again I'm getting more exercise in rather than doing hip therapy in 5 min increments..........lol Today was 70 minutes of strength training and hip PT at the gym

    Calories: Yes, left about 300 uneaten

    Exercise yes 10 min quigong, 30 min strength training, 2 × 20 min walk to and from work - the only day I get the chance as it's nearer on a Friday, 120 min cleaning

    Did more exercise this month than I have since 2007
    Got blood pressure back to low-normal.

    Exercise: yes. Walked for an hour with a friend and also shoved snow.
    Calories within goal: no. Late night emotional eating after walking with my ex.

    Pass day 3 of 3, so still in winner's circle for January. It's been a rough couple of days and exercise and logging have not been 100%, so I took pass days since I still had two in my bank. My husband's father's situation is not good at all. :disappointed:

    Jan 31 - Today was my sister's 75th birthday made somewhat bitter/sweet by the death of her husband of 52 years just 10 months ago. We had a party! I did have plans on how I was going to celebrate AND hit the goals but, alas, that did not happen. Champagne was involved.
