Early walk today. Was forecast to be hot so went early. Was again over 40C (104F) again today.
Well done to all those still posting at the end of the month. That really is the ultimate goal of UAC. Community, participation and honesty.

Well?...... I had a luncheon consisting of all kinds of Mexican food and had no idea of the exact portion sizes or calorie values, nor some of the authentic food. It was good!...

Thought I'd be okay today and started the day off tracking all my food but my flight had a two hour delay so I filled the time with food haha so will likely end up another of many pass days.
But... I'm pretty sure I finally convinced my husband to try out the UAC for February! Looking forward to it!7 -

I found a new strength workout that doesn’t tax my knees. I was finding it hard to do the prior one because it was starting to hurt. I thought it might be my form. Nope. Can’t do HIIT strength. So glad I found an appropriate one.

Used my final Pass Day as I went a little over in calories. I had to go to a funeral yesterday and it unsettled me a little.

Exercise? 37 active minutes according to Fitbit. Mall walking with my friend and her kid. Also bought size 4 jeans!

Almost made zero pass days for January! I have a congenital flaw of the electrical system in my heart. On rare occasions it misfires for no apparent reason and my heart races like crazy. Yesterday it occurred 10 minutes into my workout and I had to stop (hard to get oxygen when the heart goes haywire). Forced me to take a pass day. Silly ol' heart.
Congrats to all the folks in the Winner's Circle! And, especially, congrats to everyone who didn't let 4+ pass days stop them from trying for the rest of the month.

Exercise: Yes, now that my vertigo is gone again I'm getting more exercise in rather than doing hip therapy in 5 min increments..........lol Today was 70 minutes of strength training and hip PT at the gym

Exercise: Y 14K steps mostly the 6 miles of treadmill walk/ run this afternoon at the Y.

Finished January strong....achieved the goal I set over 4 months ago. I wanted to see <200 on the scale by my birthday. Made it with a week and a half to spare! Haven’t been under 200 in well over 20 years. Total pounds lost for January was 4.2#. I honestly don’t think it would have happened without the UAC.7 -
Exercise: Yes, a dog walk, a walk in the nearby national park, and a shorter walk at work, total 125 minutes
