Hi Team! My name is Leah. I’m 25 and working to lose weight, while establishing a balance since I started a two-year graduate program this month. I’ve been able to keep a steady weight the last six months or so, but it is still higher than I’d like it to be.

Hello team. Turned 40 last month. This is my 3rd month doing this first month lost over 10 lbs. Second month nothing really lost gained a lil. I had given up alcohol but found ate more snacks still staying under calories. So going back to my wine. Going to try to cut a few more calories and maybe add double work out days here and there. Maybe fast a lil longer. My job gives me about 12 thousand steps a day so i can maintain easily struggle though losing. Having a good group helps keep things on track and i love seeing others crushing it. Good luck everyone!2

Hello everyone, thanks so much for letting me join this group. I’m so excited and looking forward to having others who are going through the same life changing weight loss as I am struggling to do. I’ve been overweight most of my life and have various health problems due to it. I’m 46 yrs old and I’m determined to get healthy!! So grateful to join this group and excited for us to win!!

Daily post for Sunday morning:
Yesterday we had to say goodbye to our senior dog so no thoughts of tracking or exercise. We are still grieving but I will try to not let it derail me.
Do sorry to hear that we lost ours last year and it was a terrible time so much harder than I ever thoight it would be. Thinking of you2 -

Hi, everyone. This is my 3rd month doing this challenge. I did great in December and then I slacked off in January. I actually think it helped me to have the accountability of the weigh-ins in January so that I didn't totally go off the rails and I still lost a little bit. Now I'm ready to get back to tracking everything and daily exercise. Let's do this!1
