    Exercise: 30 minute Kickboxing, 35 minutes walk dog.

    Injured the back of my knee at kickboxing last week, and tweaked it again today. 😒 Going to have to take a rest day tomorrow to try help it heal... which sucks because I am loving eating all my exercise calories. Haha.

    @fiftyonefour Knee and back injuries are the worst! Don't push it at all! Let it heal.
    @nbbaby Ru row! Do you know what happened this week? Is there anything you need us to help you push for? We're not worried about pushing late either. I don't get home until really late on my chosen weigh day, so I usually end up posting the next day anyway too.

    "Sorry babe! :) The kitchen is closed :) You can't go there any more today :)" -This was a really hard one for me yesterday. But because I wrote this down, I was able to beat it.

    Exercise: No, scheduled "rest", but still got 10k steps today so....kinda ; )

    The no exercise scheduled sucked, because I'm used to eating my earned exercise calories. ( Knee still buggered.) Normally with exercise, I have no hunger or cravings and feel satisfied with my meals....so today we tough.

    Another work meeting with guests from out of town tonight meant another 2 margaritas this week. Another all day/night work event tomorrow, so going to try keep it leaner and cleaner-no empty calories. 💪🏽
