Thanks, I was worried that maybe something had happened to her. She has struggled so hard with her health and losing weight.
@CindyJNC1963 yeah she has been having a hard time and she felt like she was letting me/us down and she felt like she should take a step back and focus on getting herself better for the time being, but she's otherwise okay.2 -

Thanks, AB0215 for recognizing that I was still posting in January's thread.
@Kin59vara I am really trying to keep up! I normally post a warning before the end of the month but I didn't manage to do that last week.
My job has changed, and they're promoting me (again) which means I have a lot more responsibility and it's taking me a lot more hours (worked 60 last week) and I am still trying to keep up my weightlifting since I have a competition coming up and it's been a challenge.
And on that note if anyone would like to help keep up with the spreadsheet and help motivate our teammates, I'd love another pair of hands!

Ugh...bad day yesterday...had to take brother in law to Memphis for surgery, was at hospital for over 12hrs and was stressed..then got stuck in bad traffic for over an hour. Really have to focus on preplanning for stressful situations like this. Should have packed food ect because hospital certainly didn’t have healthy options4 -

After last week, when I had no loss. I decided to step it up a little this week. I have increased my water intake, watched my meal portions, and I am switching up my cardio with not only walking . but also doing some aerobics. I'm hoping I see a loss this week.4 -

20 mile bike ride
Comments great day. Rode my ebike on the canal trail in Phoenix today. Very chilly start but warmed up a little. We had a very tasty lunch at a Mexican restaurant along the way!
