Pass Day - Chiefs Superbowl Win Parade!! Go Chiefs!!
That was my 3rd pass day but it was worth it. Chiefs won the Superbowl!! Go Chiefs!!

Exercise = Pilates & Barre for 25 minutes in the morning, and 40 minutes of aerobics in the evening
Calories = Yup, way under, couldn't have dinner till the plumber left, so that left no time for my normal after exercise snacks..
Logging = Yup, everything including the glass of sparkling wine to ease my frustration of needing a plumber for the 4th time in a week.. ( Our hot water heater is unfixable, and the manufacturer keeps sending out parts, instead of just replacing the whole thing)6 -

Running out of food in our house as we prepare for a three week vacation. Lends itself to eating the junk food remaining, which isn't a good thing!
I throw things away if they are too tempting... and I mean...pour salt on them...and toss them in the trash bag and put outside... ;D

@Dory_42 Thanks for sharing your day and your fears! Have you been to Grand Cayman before? My first plane trip was from Miami to Grand Cayman. It was 1966 and I was 16 years old. Back then, one plane per day flew between Miami and Georgetown. In the winter of 1978, my pregnant wife, Rose, our 1.5 year old son and I lived there. I worked for a resort developer at that time.
It’s a lovely place to visit.2 -

No, I haven't been but my friends moved there last year and I miss them, so that makes a great excuse to travel to a tropical paradise!2 -
