    Exercise - Yes, Yoga in the morning for 20 min and Treadmill for 30 min in the evening.
    Calories : Yes, but feel like I didn't eat enough I barely broke 1000 calories..
    Logging - Sure did

    Yes, yes and yes. Nailed it :). Fantastic workout, stayed under calories by about 300 and tracked everything. Even the sips of DH's wine :).
