Finally dragged hubby to the gym. Did 10 min stretches bends, situps and 20 minute treadmill. I really know I need this because my heaet rate was still high for quiet a while afterwards. This will inprove with consistency and will power!!5 -

Yes, yes and yes. Nailed it . Fantastic workout, stayed under calories by about 300 and tracked everything. Even the sips of DH's wine .4 -
