I'm very sorry if I missed or mis-classified someone. I've tried to keep up this week, but failed miserably. We're still having a strong participation though, which keeps people accountable. Keep up the great work folks! GO TEAM FLAB-U-LESS!!3 -
I did not get to sleep today because of the unexpected snow/ice storm today. By 10am we already had 9 cars in ditches and it only got worse. Yesterday we had floods and tornadoes.....today, ice....tonight....nothing! Our meteorologists are rolling dice for our forecasts again! 85 degrees and sunny, followed by some light icing....and a hurricane in the mix today. Critical hit!....Godzilla!!4

I was down to 143.5 yesterday morning. Went to a dinner last night. I ate well and under goal. So much sodium. Why don’t chefs think we want to taste the actual food? Lots of water on the menu for today.4 -
