    PW: 158.2
    CW: 159.0

    This is not the direction I want to go; however, I'm fighting a cold and throat had been sore so not drinking as much water; hopefully, next week will be better; although, I have an all day meeting next Tuesday and the following Tuesday.....grrrr......😖

    @boehle I believe that my weigh-in day is Friday so I shouldn’t be overdue. If it is not Friday could I change it to Friday? :)

    @CharlesScott78 Inspirational!!! Thanks for sharing your story!

    @Kilobykilo Nice run! It is so hard to log on really busy days. I wish my food would log itself haha! I got a widget on the home screen of my phone so I can log food more easily. That is helping me stick with it a little bit. It still is tough though!

    I am sore from skiing, but super happy today. I tend to focus a lot on diet and keeping under my calories, and I don’t work out as often as I should. I excuse it because I am a pretty active person (horseback riding, dog walking, things like snow/water skiing, etc.). That being said, I always feel better and stronger when I work out, and every time I am more active for a week or two I notice the weight falling off faster. I am getting inspired be more active!

    My scale gave me error repeatedly, meaning I need a new battery for it. I'll have to carry over last week's weight.

    @CharlesScott78, you are SO right about the slow and steady comment! We need to stay the course, no matter what the scale says. You've probably had your share of non-scale victories (as well as scale ones). I hope we all have some to reflect on when the number on the scale isn't dropping as fast as we'd like.

    I hope you had a good weekend trip @mustb60 and you are back in the stride this week. The only day I don't have your steps for is 3rd Feb.

    2020 Week 3
    wqaeq6xf354n.jpg

    We are missing a few people though I have to close off January's results. There were some mighty numbers in week 4 smashing the previous weeks individual totals with @kilobykilo narrowly edging our newcomer @suzyjmcd2 and both being well over 100,000 steps for the week. 3rd and 4th were so close, literally a walk down the road separated @bigblues11 and @mustb60
    1st - @kilobykilo 112,170
    2nd - @suzyjmcd2 110,846
    3rd - @bigblues11 73,773
    4th - @mustb60 73,467

    Thank you to @TwinMomma2019 and @LaurieWrobo put in their largest number of steps in week 4, and also @hipari who kept those steps coming in every day in a tough week to keep our total higher.

    For January in total our week 4 top 2 swap places thought it is the same three that have shown great consistency each week that take the medals. 4th, 5th and 6th were almost a blanket finish and deserve a leaderboard place.
    1st - @suzyjmcd2 362,604
    2nd - @kilobykilo 356,235
    3rd - @bigblues11 347,166
    4th - @boehle 223,209
    5th - @mustb60 219,966
    6th - @corporatelawmom 217,143

    You all deserves congratulations on your efforts that gave us 3,869,106 steps since the start of the year. That is an incredible amount between us!!! For those that love their stats nearly everyone managed 10,000 steps at least once, though nobody managed it everyday.

    Many people have already given week 5 steps so thank you :smiley: those that will bring everything up to date are;
    @LaurieWrobo 7th Feb to 8th Feb
    @bigblues11 2nd Feb to 8th Feb
    @boehle 26th Jan to 1st Feb and 3rd Feb to 8th Feb
    @Smart_Beautiful_and_Strong 26th Jan to 8th Feb
    @CatherineElizabeth13 19th Jan to 8th Feb
    @corporatelawmom 6th Feb to 8th Feb
    @iamworthy14 26th Jan to 8th Feb
    @ells_runs 29th Jan to 8th Feb
    @Beka3695 2nd Feb to 8th Feb

    Amazing performance by everyone!! Can't believe it were so many steps!!👏👏👏

    Stepped on the scale, didnt like the number at all 😂 so, going to officially weigh in a day late and see if today is a blip due to TOM and the salty tea and accidental chocolate inate last night. Need this pressure to try and have a full day on plan!

    I second what Mr Wobbly said. Step outside for a nice walk and enjoy the fresh air. I did my TOM last week, and now am fighting off something. Ugh. Keep moving, and do some meal planning if you're really hurting. Maybe pre-plan your 10k route? Count your blessings and feel better. We're rooting for you, awesome step count queen! <3
