    Back to PF tomorrow. I didn’t feel comfortable going with pink eye. My doctor thinks that’s where I got it from in the first place. It was very swollen as well as red & runny this week. Finally looks clear.

    Looking forward to working out again. I invited my neighbor and BFF to go with as I have the black card and can bring a friend for free. It’s good to have a workout buddy.

    Kathy I wondered if that's where you got it. Just an FYI...Sara and I wiped down everything we were going to use before we used it. The gym had disinfecting wipes everywhere around the gym. Sara was a first grade teacher and was a fanatic about germs and where they lurked...she still is, even as a VP!!

    Giant rest day for me today!!

    Kathy I am glad to hear you are getting well quickly. Some people are more susceptible to link she and illness in general. I worked 4.5 years at a juvenile detention facility and taught preschool more many years longer. And 16 years as of now with all manners of unkempt folks. I rarely get more than a cold. I have even treated pinkeye a few times. Never had it.

    Feeling super low energy today but force myself to go to the gym and do 40 minutes on the elliptical :-) glad I went.

    I did 60 mins w/our trainer this afternoon. Upper body hard!!

    I completed 45 minutes of strength training upper and lower body. Then 60 minutes on the treadmill. Good first day back.

    Have Brunch this morning with friends and will try to make smart choices. Then will go to the gym later this evening.

    Crazy busy day at work. Only 1400 steps by the end of the work day. Mortifying!! Atrophy was setting in ;( I did just walk around my neighborhood for 30 mins to get the blood flowing. Glad to move lol!

    Worked out w/our trainer for 60 minutes today. It was a good workout.

    You all inspired me so much yesterday I got up at 0500 this morning. Went downstairs and did an hour of weights. Les Mills #108. Planning on doing an old favorite tomorrow. Who remembers step aerobics? Yep that is my plan. Let's see how long my ankle tolerates it. :p:drinker:

    So got up at 0500 dark time. My fire stick remote was not working. I hunted down some new batteries. Caught the pesky cat that had snuck into my exercise space and set her outside. She was purring the whole time! Little heathen. Got in 40 minutes of heart pounding, sweating fun workout. I am glad I did not trip and fall.

    I did 45 minutes in recumbent bike yesterday morning - 10.1 miles. Then had 90 minutes of tennis coaching drills and practice with the team. Spring tennis season starts March 15th. Between tennis, swimming lessons and Planet Fitness exercise should not be an issue.

    Today was a type of yoga. 40 minutes. Crazy stuff.

    PF yesterday. 30 minute weight training. 30 minutes Treadmill. Late evening workout, which I really don’t like. I prefer mornings but I took my mom and aunt to lunch yesterday. So I went to PF around 5:30.

    Kathy I also like to get it done in the morning. Glad you did it.

    30 minutes of high intensity weight and body weight workout this morning. It was intense.

    Finally was able to work out during the work day. Took my lunch back at the fitness center and did 40 minutes on the elliptical. They had a Zumba class but I had to do a performance review so I couldn't do that one. But I made it back there!

    Kathy and Chris that would be so awesome to work out together. But I am very talkative when nervous. And I would be nervous meeting you all for the first time in person. And not sure if we would get any workouts done. Muahaha I say things that I wish I never had when I first meet someone :# The snow is pretty Chris, I will lend you a down coat.
