    Oh my gosh, I can't believe we're on to March already!

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? 44 minutes of barre strength this morning

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes and under

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep!

    Exercise: Yes, cleaned house for over an hour before we closed it up. cleaned a car seat for almost 2 hours - 4 year old got car sick on drive home. Lots and lots of laundry when we got home. Packing to fly 4 year old home.

    Exercise: Yes, flew 4 year old home. Long flight. We walked and walked for an hour around airport before our flight. I was hoping he would sleep on the plane. Nope. Man did I want to sleep on the plane!

    Exercise: Yes, Played with 18 month old and 4 year old for hours. Then I flew home early evening. I walked and walked for an hour around airport before flight. I am very sad that the 4 year old is not with me but I can get back to sweaty workouts again. I have to get in better shape to keep up with him. Plus his little sister will be joining us on our escapades soon as well. Life is good.

    Exercise: 73 minutes - rested & napped, drank iced tea, and really enjoyed my walk. Lovely day! Then rested in evening. Did NOT want to miss exercising. ❤️

    Calories under 2,000. ❤️

    Pass Days: Feb 1, 4, 7, 10, 12, 13, 14, 19(knee) 22 (sick, no exercise made calories slightly over)

    6 days to go! 🥰 Determined to get 10 days in a row with no pass days in this month :) Not counting injured/sick days...

    My average weight in February is below January’s. :)

    Exercise: Yes, a 30 minute walk with my dog

    Calories: Yes, we had dinner at friends' house tonight and played games but I managed to keep it under by about 50 calories or so and I'm pretty sure it was accurate

    Logged: Yes, even the glass of wine

    I still have one pass day left so we'll see how it goes. I have another opportunity to go over this week................LOL

    Have a great last week of February and Leap Year Day on Saturday!

    It's been a no for me the past couple days. Eating some over on cals and not able to get exercise in...busy. Today I cooked for my sister and dad and vacuumed dad's house.

    Was really tired and spent most of the day lying on my bed reading. A pleasure! Got a few things done as well and made phone calls to friends and family.
    No exercise though and went over calories. Stopped logging at that point...
