Oops!! An inadvertent pass day. Had pizza at a friend's house. I am confident that I went over my limit by a bit. Not a huge bit, but what I could track puts me over by about 50 calories and it's likely that it is a bit more than that.

Exercise: Yes, cleaned house for over an hour before we closed it up. cleaned a car seat for almost 2 hours - 4 year old got car sick on drive home. Lots and lots of laundry when we got home. Packing to fly 4 year old home.

Exercise: Yes, flew 4 year old home. Long flight. We walked and walked for an hour around airport before our flight. I was hoping he would sleep on the plane. Nope. Man did I want to sleep on the plane!

Exercise: Yes, Played with 18 month old and 4 year old for hours. Then I flew home early evening. I walked and walked for an hour around airport before flight. I am very sad that the 4 year old is not with me but I can get back to sweaty workouts again. I have to get in better shape to keep up with him. Plus his little sister will be joining us on our escapades soon as well. Life is good.

Exercise: 73 minutes - rested & napped, drank iced tea, and really enjoyed my walk. Lovely day! Then rested in evening. Did NOT want to miss exercising. ❤️

Was really tired and spent most of the day lying on my bed reading. A pleasure! Got a few things done as well and made phone calls to friends and family.
No exercise though and went over calories. Stopped logging at that point...2
