I lowered my calories and I finally started losing weight again. I had been stuck in a rut for a bit...I've been doing this a LONG time. I won't say I was eating a lot but I was going over my 1350 calories a day limit quite a bit....getting up to 1500 calories occasionally. I'm trying to say under 1250 calories a day now and it seems to be working. I am 1 lb away from a 110 lb loss and getting out of the obese category permanently.2 -

Amazing weight loss! You are such an inspiration to us all. You make me believe I can reach my goals. I have 70lbs left to lose.

I saw my weight loss doctor today. She was really pleased with my results so far. I have lost 14 lbs since I last saw her in December. She said that if she didn't know better she would think I had of had gastric bypass surgery just looking at my weight loss charts. That made me feel super proud. I hit a major milestone today. I hit 163.6 lbs, which means I am officially in the overweight category per the BMI charts. Wooohoooo.7 -
HI team! Back for another month. I recently joined the gym so I'm excited to see how my workouts will affect my loss.
