Bodyweight routine and stretches (45 min). Grinded my teeth and went for it even though my muscles were sore.

Jup, I did. Trying bulk cooking, it's doing wonders so far.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank?
I did. Every single morsel.12 -
My nephew's birthday cupcakes pushed me over calories but I missed his actual day (he is a leapling) so I needed to celebrate.
Pass day 2.
I have prepped food for the next few days of work so I'm all ready for no more pass days. Recovered enough from my latest round of injuries so I'll be back at Jiu Jitsu tomorrow evening...13 -

Exercise was plenty of walking. My daughter brought home some healthy vegetable muffins she'd made at nursery. She also told me that when you sneeze you have to do it in your elbow and not your hand and that the teachers put sparkly germs on their hands and they had to practise washing them clean. Corona education for 3-4 year olds!

Yes ! Walked from college exactly 19 minutes and got caught in the rain so I took the bus. Did 10 minutes of abs at home.

I failed miserably in Feb but new month, new beginning! Started the 1st within my calorie count but only because I was in the car for 8h on my way back from Paris, where I spent the weekend eating & drinking my way thru the city. But I made up for it today by fasting throughout the day & having a soup for dinner...& a madeleine I sneaked back from Paris 😬

Exercise? Oh, yes! Besides my regular morning walks I got a bonus 30 minutes brisk around our building with @patriciawmartin5 this afternoon. 💖 Worked late, but got another hour or so climbing, squatting, weaving, punching and slashing at blocks on VR. I’m a tired puppy with over 13k steps!
Under calories? Yes. Only 100 left, so that’s better than it’s been, no exercise calories touched.

YES. I was thinking about taking my 1st pass because of my hormonal monthly ragging appetite on top of stress eating so caved with a whole cup of roasted almonds (stress ball for my mouth - one at a time through my front teeth). But then, I thought that's pathetic because it's only day 2 for this newbie defeated by menstrual issues. So I manage to stay within calorie budget with yet another paltry dinner. The struggle is real - guys can't even imagine.
