I failed miserably in Feb but new month, new beginning! Started the 1st within my calorie count but only because I was in the car for 8h on my way back from Paris, where I spent the weekend eating & drinking my way thru the city. But I made up for it today by fasting throughout the day & having a soup for dinner...& a madeleine I sneaked back from Paris 😬
So Day 1 & 2 check & check for food, exercise & logging

This month is gonna be tough. I will be on vacation so no chance at the winners circle. I just hope that I can stay on track the other 20 days.
