Exercise? Si. 30 minutes on the treadmill.
Within my calorie plan? Ja.
Tracked everything? Oui.
Being in maintenance, I try to eat enough calories to keep my weight stable. My calculations show that my exercise calories from my linked Fitbit are fairly accurate (perhaps a tiny bit low), so of course I eat back the exercise calories. Since my activity can vary, I try to eat a more steady amount daily, even if some days that puts me in the red on MFP. All part of the plan!8 -
Yes x 3
I've been using most of my exercise calories, but I'm sure I need to stop because I need to see more scale victories!😊7 -

This week I'm struggling with being patient. (I want to reach my first goal NOW!!) I need to work on this, I know. Especially since I know that if I go too fast a) it's not healthy and b) I will have more of an issue with loose skin if I don't do it right.
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes. I'm still resting my pulled hamstring from yesterday, but I did some stretching and planks.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes with almost 500 left over, but went over my fat macros again. It's so hard to get all the protein I want without fat. (And I'm still not even close to my protein goal every day lol)
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes6 -

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, although I almost skipped. That's the reason I joined this challenge though so I put on my big girl panties (and my running shoes ) and hit the treadmill. 25 minutes there plus a yoga video.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? yes
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? yes. I log my breakfast and lunch as soon as I get to work, but dinner usually has to wait until evening. I'm not always sure what I'm going to make until I get home (need to work on the meal planning thing).7 -

Slow and steady keeps me on the path.
The calories and macros were very well managed today. I got my exercise done this morning so I get to relax for the rest of the day.

I try to track breakfast and lunch before dinner so I can plan dinner accordingly. I tend to be compulsive, so I limit the time I can be online.
RE eating back exercise calories — I use TDEE calcs with my Apple Watch to average out where I’m at and try to keep my deficit below 500 - including exercise calories. I also try to keep my macros in check. I was so under on protein before I started to pay any attention to those numbers. Today I knew I was going out to dinner (okay, happy hour) so I jumped on the bike which was good because ... pina coladas. I’m trying to do this slowly so my old skin has a better chance of tightening up and so that I may be able to sustain this new healthy eating/exercise lifestyle without feeling deprived, ergo pina coladas.8 -

Yes to all three!
It's only my second challenge but I don't eat back my workout calories. My goal is to lose weight but when I meet my goal and need to maintain this may change.
Some days I may end up eating back like 20 or 30 calories but out of 250+ workout calories I consider that a gray area.5 -
Check in day with my exercise physiologist. I've been very consistent in doing the stretching exercises that she has prescribed for my lumbar back pain. I am very pleased with my comfort and improved balance. She will update my weekly plan.
Exercise: first day ever of 20 minutes non-stop of rowing on my rowing machine. I'm learning how to row with better form and at a long steady pace rather than an imperfect frenzied fast pace. In addition, more than 20 minutes of active stretching
Calories: well under my limit

I try to prelog when I can, but some days I can't til later. It's always helpful to log as I go or at least log dinner before cooking so I know how much space inhave available. I love to snack on cheese while cooking so prelogginf helps me know if I can cut a 20 gram block or 40 gram to cut into pieces and snack on.
Ineat back exercise calories but find that Fitbit doesn't overestimate them as much as mfp does. I've seen some mfp logged exercises as like 350 calories for 20 min aerobics which can't be right...8 -

I try not to regularly eat back exercise calories but I view them as something to fall back on on days when I need an extra snack to get by. I don't count a day as a pass day until I've exceeded my daily calories and my exercise calories.8 -

I need about 1850 cals a day.
I exercise 332 avg calories per day.
I shoot for 2,000 calories, sometimes using some of exercise calories, but always keep at least 100 of the exercise calories uneaten.8 -

On track day (3y)My wife and I went over to my funny little Buddy's house last night to babysit.
I took a pizza to gobble on.
Buddy was elated that I came over to see him.
That little boy, I always wonder about how much language he comprehends.
But I sit there next to him at the table, cutting him up little bites of pizza.
I tell him that I came over to his house to see him.
He is just shining with joy.
Laughing. He is laughing breathlessly.
He is laughing so much that his cheeks are pink.
I think about that expression "tickled pink." Except there is no tickling going on.
He wants to wrestle.
He was grabbing my head, grabbing my hat, grabbing my ears.
Laughing, laughing, laughing.
He was trying to talk. He was making kind of a "g" sound.
In my imagination he was trying to say Grandpa. He thinks I am Grandpa Bob.
He is making some progress with walking.
People that attend him with balance supplement are letting go but staying close.
He is getting some unattended steps in.
I try to get him to do something like "furniture walking."
You know, finding his own balance supplements from objects nearby.
This is all good for me at this stage of my life.
I get depression and I drink too much either that or I drink too much and I get depression.
Here's to hanging out with a happy little boy.7 -

Exercise: yes.
Calories within goal: yes.
Tracked: yes.
I try to pre-log the night before, so I’m just adjusting for the final tracking. The exercise is almost never included in the total allowed for the day. My resting metabolic rate is 980 calories (I’m 5’5”) ; however, my Diatition told me never to go below 1200. So I have to exercise the difference every day.4
