    I saw my weight loss doctor today. She was really pleased with my results so far. I have lost 14 lbs since I last saw her in December.     I really don't do anything extra special. I have tracked my food every day for over 500 days straight. I stick with a 1350 calorie regimen that my doctor helped set up for me. I try to stay over 100g of protein and under 100g of net carbs. I just recently decided to drop to 1250 calories for awhile. I also walk about 4 miles a day. I just want to get this last 27 lbs off. It has been a long journey.
