Had a crying session in the car on my way back late last night from Raleigh. Releases stress but still exhausted. I’m just over all of it - the chaotic schedule, underappreciation, feeling I’m stuck where I am. All wonderful feelings.1 -

Feel that the loss is great BUT feel that it is a cheat. I did fast but not on purpose yesterday. My son coached a basketball team to the semi-finals which was amazing considering it is a very very small school (100 students 39 boys all together) against teams with more than 1,000 in fact the team they played in the playoffs had 847 students. My oldest son visited from New Jersey AND I was SURPRISED. My house was not company ready so I stayed up late, got up earlier to try to clean...... then went over to my son's house so did not eat until we all went out for 'linner' but the restaurant was so slow it was dinner.
I guess this makes up for when I try really hard but then have a salty dinner Saturday night and feel my weight on Sunday is up, not fairly.1 -

Bummed about the gain but I spent 5 days eating out of control. I had an actual birthday this year...it only happens every 4 years so I let loose and then spiraled out of control. At least I'm back on track!2 -
