Barely made it. I had to exercise more than intened to make allow for some extra calories but was able to stay under. I needed the exercise anyhow. According to my sleep tracker I am getting more deep sleep. I am attributing this to the regular exercise I am getting now thanks to this challenge.

@Rozbee1 Please don't be too hard on yourself. It's like a runner that gets off track the important thing is to get back in the race. A runner can get off track. Maybe they fall, maybe their head just isn't on straight. Whatever the reason they don't give up. They are cheered on by their co runners. Like Rick said disgrace is not a word spoken here. We are in the same race we cheer each other on. You got this!!7 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, if I can count yard work and related chores, spent most of the day working and got too tired to do any organized exercise. I did it for 6+ hours.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes, no problems.

Didn't have many steps at all so lost calories and had to eat less to stay under my mfp limit, but I did it!
Exercise was just a combo of house cleaning and some push-ups and squats7 -

Wowser, lovely day...and then I realize I have made a huge mistake at work... man...just like Ranger Rick says in next day's post,,the ability to handle stressors in new ways takes time. I immediately wanted to eat my stress. Didn't...so progress...but really had to make the effort.

Im ashamed to say alll the hard work over last few months has gone to pot. Im way back to my original weight, Im a disgrace to this community.... im sorry.
I havent been logging which is the key and not exercising which is another key.
Its the start to a brand new week so... here we go again ....

My latest: I maintain on vacation, but have now identified that I eat MORE upon returning home (and gain.) I know I’ll use that insight after my next trip.

As somone who has been an on and off member for 4 years and only made the winner's circle once I can say that with certainty! I've started more months than I have finished. Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, two hours of walking (a dog walk and walk for myself in the unusually warm weather)

Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes, but because of my schedule I got home after midnight and finished logging my dinner in the early morning (wouldn't post on my newsfeed)

This newbie's 1st pass day...wah, wah, wah...
Exercise? YES
Calorie budget? NO
One indulgent meal at In and Out was worth one whole day of calories for a 4'11" woman like me but I enjoyed it at the beach here in central coast of California. (I'd post a picture but unable) I did try to cut back with only drinking water and having the burger protein style without bun but had to get fries... Since I knew I couldn't make up for this choice I indulged in two scoops of ice cream enjoyed at the park and that was also worth a whole day of calories for me. Today I ate enough for 2 and a half people my size and still need to go without dinner or I'll be eating enough for 3 people.

Miracle of miracles!!! Not one pound gained... I had to step on the scale again just to verify. Perhaps because I didn't eat dinner to make up for eating enough for 2 and a half people of 4'11" female stature? I thought fo sho I'd be setback a day in my weightloss journey...
