Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes?
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day?
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank?

    yes x's 3; did some yard work, some dog walking work - going to try to hit the treadmill a bit too; My neighbor was in good shape before - but she signed up for optavia(medifast with different products and a coach) and dropped 30 lbs in like 3 months. I know that it isn't the best way to do it...but man...when I get that tax return...it will be tempting... I wouldn't like spending the money...but to get a jumpstart on my weight loss...would be wonderful. Have any of you ever done a program like that with success - and kept it off?
