Just stepped on the scale this AM to see how bad the damage was from my 10 days away....My Fitbit warned me that I walked 15 less miles last week, and I was over calories several days....I don't know what gods I should be thanking but I didn't gain. Didn't lose either, but did not gain. I'm a little shocked right now. But, let's take it. πππΌ0 -

So, my bunk is claimed and I brought in some extra books on my breaks.0

@fiftyonefour I have a stopwatch app on my phone to track how long I spend cleaning and I have a step tracker app on my phone that also tells me how many minutes I walked and at what speed. According to the BMR calculator here, my BMR at last week's weight was 2054 calories, so that means there were an additional 439 calories between what I ate and my BMR that I did not use.2 -

That is a 5.6 pound loss. I stopped drinking that tea even without sugar and lowered my calorie goal from 1800 calories to 1600 calories. 1.76% of my weight.3 -

Feels so good to be somewhat back on track. Still adjusting my daily calories and relearning how to add vegetables. We will see what tomorrow's weigh in looks like. π€πΌπ€πΌ
My goal this week is to get 3 days weight training, and move 6 days and eat mainly plant heavy dinners to increase my digestive system again. I'm having issues with my knee, shoulder and elbow so am also going to invest in some self care and maybe do massage or physio.0 -

Still stuck at work. I get to run home for a couple of mins a day and then come right back because we are so short staffed and overloaded right now. I have always enjoyed and been happy with my job, but these past few days....I am really starting to get snappy at people. Call 911 just 1 more time about a toilet paper shortage.....oh...and the damn conspiracy theories!! I'm almost rooting for the virus now!3

I was thinking about cutting out hot chocolate too for a short time to see if that would do anything, only 140 calories each. Only my husband was frustrated about the truck not working, was redoing the DVD shelves and saying how he should just them up and throw them out. Dealing with his attitude stressed me out so I had two hot chocolates and still came under my calorie goal. Only because I didn't have lunch because I was too focused on work.1 -
Forgot to mention that I walked 6208 steps out of my goal of 5400 each day this week.3
