Short walk before dinner. Managed to take wife for a short walk before I did 3km.
Been a tough day, but a few wins. 1:00am at the moment, but refusing to sleep before I finish all I need to do.
Current times demand courage of all of us. We each have our own struggles. My wish is that all UAC members have the courage they need to do what needs to be done gracefully while under the current pressure.
I also have new photos of hand feeding Kookaburras on our balcony at home if people want me to post.13 -

Exercise: Yes, walked for an hour, did a load of cleaning and some gardening
Calories: Yes, stayed under.

A good day, got a lot done, felt pretty good.11 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, a 3 hour and 15 minute walk. ( 10 miles ) Starting to train for the Maple City Walking Marathon, Goshen, Indiana, coming up in September. Not trying to walk fast right now, just want to work at steadily building up a mileage base.

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, three hours working on my property, mostly trimming shrubbery and pulling weeds. I might work another hour after I rest.

I was on the spin bike 6am completed a 31 minute ride met up with the boss at lunch and even with social distancing did a 1.6 mile walk and rode the rykar both ways such a nice day windy but when isn’t it at 60 mph? Logged and stayed under8

3 x’s yes! My husband had a day off, he operates a power plant so definitely an essential worker. So it was nice to have him home for a day. We had lots of dog walks together and we worked out in the backyard. I did a kickboxing routine while DH lifted heavy. I’m sure the neighbors enjoyed how committed to exercise we are. Good on calories.9

Good-ish news, here. Call from UNC Healthcare. Negative for the virus, but with a caution; one in three negatives is a false negative. Still under quarantine until 3 days of no fever or symptoms. If I’ve got it, then evidently it’s mild, and no further action on my part except to follow directions, stay home and enjoy my time off.
