15th April
Exercise: Yes. Walked for 50 minutes, had to use 10 minutes of my 'out' time shopping
Calories: Yes, stayed under, in spite of a Twix which I didn't really enjoy and regretted immediately as I could have used those 200 calories so much better on nice, healthy food.
Tracking: Yes, logged everything.
I struggled, it was a day marked more by the things I didn't do than what I actually achieved. I try and keep on top of depression by attempting to do small things and achieve small results, but yesterday was like trying to swim in syrup, like in bad dreams....
Will try and push the re-start button on today.12 -
@oldDogBiking really hits the heights and I truly love his photos and stories. My personal NSV is sorta kinda unusual for a flatlands guy like me. I climbed up here today
11 -
It was about a 600 foot climb.
Tracking: good
Calories: under by good margin9 -
@alligatorob great weight loss, super photo
@RangerRickL another super photo - must have been a great climb
My NSV: This is my sixth month of maintenance. I haven't gained any weight back.
Exercise: walked for an hour and disinfected my workplace for 2.5 hours. The bad news: another employee was diagnosed with coronavirus, a fine person I say hello to in the hall, but rarely have close contact. So far I don't have any symptoms.
Calories: yes
Tracked: yes

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes
This is a weird NSV, especially considering my background. I was literally bed ridden for years because of chronic pain. The last year-and-a-half I gained enough strength to work up to using an exercise bike, weights, and this year the stair treadmill. Now that the gym is closed I've been doing a lot of YouTube workouts but they have to be low impact because of my chronic pain issues/back problems. It's a frustrating one but all the low impact is mainly for beginners so I'm having to add weights and do stuff to make them harder. I don't have heavy weights and did heavy with legs at the gym and I'm struggling to get good leg workouts (arms are wimpy and do ok with extra sets). I NEVER would've thought I'd be in decent enough shape to ever be more than a beginner nevermind someone who works out every day and can complete these things!11 -

Exercise: Yes, 60 mins walking
Calories: Yes

My NSV; I am tracking my food intake for 60 days streak. I have joined UAC in the begging of March so I owe UAC mostly to be able tracking continually.9 -

I originally lost 61 lbs on Weight Watchers and I've let about 30 of it creep back on. So I rejoined WW this past Saturday -- although I'll still be on MFP just as much for awesome challenges like this one! -- and I hope to have some new NSVs to celebrate next month. Although I still can run a half-marathon, so that's good!
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? 2 mile treadmill run + 34 minutes strength this morning
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes and under
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep!
Hi.
I am a former WW. I kept all of the materials and have been incorporating what I originally learned in WW and things I have read and researched over the years. With me, personally, I have found once I have stopped logging in every TLS (taste, lick, sip) the weight starts creeping up.
Before I found MFP I considered joining WW again, but did not like how the program has changed and the closing of all of the physical locations. There is only one meeting being held and it is during the work week very far from work.
Good luck and please let us know how it goes!6 -

Many of the articles I have been reading a lot about resistance bands for the legs. Many levels of resistance are out there and it is something you can order online.
Inspiring story - keep up the great work.7 -

Wow! Great picture and great reminder of how far you have come!5 -

Exercise? Yes, one of those low impact videos that @Katmary71 was saying are now too easy for her! Not for me though.....I don't know how many times I stopped that thing to get my breathing back under control!
Logged? No.
Under? No way.
It was my birthday and my son was in charge of making my birthday dinner. It was wonderful
(salmon, jasmine rice, sauteed vegetables, bruschetta bread, cheesecake for dessert), and I enjoyed every bite! He did slice the top of his pinky off using a very sharp vegetable peeler and had to go to the ER to get stitches to stop the bleeding, so it was memorable as well!!

Exercise, Calories, Tracking Yes, No Yes
NSV Because I have been so inconsistent due to the current circumstances, I think the victory for me is being here and reading what everyone else has posted. It motivates me to move forward and keep with it.5 -

Tracking: Yes
Calories: under
Exercise: Yes, nice walk. Needed a rest.
Pass days to date - 1
NSV - I’m not sure this is truly an NSV but being in this challenge is keeping me from completely going off the rails. Thank you all. I have tracked everything each day this month. Others - I am less out of breath as I do physical activity. My lungs suffer from my meds but I am beginning to think that my physical activity efforts are helping. Also, my pants fit me well which is both a good and bad thing. I’ve lost 16 pounds since November - they are the same pants! What did I look like in them 16 pounds ago? <shudder>6 -
@Hollis100, thank you very much! He is still in bed, so I hope that means that the pain wasn't too bad and he was able to sleep. The one good thing about this pandemic? People are not going to ER's unless they feel they absolutely have to, so he did not have to spend hours there, waiting his turn.4

Happy birthday @HASWLRS
Intentional pass day. Great day celebrating my daughters birthday.
NSV is that I didn’t go overboard despite knowing I was taking a pass. Sometimes I throw in the towel when I know I’m going to be over calories and end up binging.8 -
Yes x3
NSVs:
1) It's halfway through the month and I only have one pass day! This hasn't been true since November!
2) I've logged for 100+ days in a row (I am supposed to be on a trip to Europe right now so would be taking the week off were I on vacation, so might as well take the silver lining that instead I got to hit 100!)6
