    @alligatorob You are my hero!! Thank you for sharing your weight loss victory. You are definitely an inspiration. I'm grateful when I climb 300 to 700 feet. I don't have any ridges higher than that to climb.

    If I could average yesterday and today together, I would be okay. But that is not the way the UAC works. I did have a great and sweaty hike today. It was fun.

    Northern Utah, just about 400 miles directly north of you. But our climate is very different, cold winters and very mild summers by your standards.
    readyornot yep, look at it all the time, finally decided I need to figure out how to get up there.

    Weighed myself and I was surprised..I lost 5lbs...so far... feeling AWESOME!!!
