Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, fitbit gave 96 active minute credits, so probably even longer (plus my dead-bug core work which takes only a minute or two)
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes, even after expanding my evening snack, I couldn't manage to eat most of my (over 200) exercise credit calories.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes

Yes x 3! Same - doggies x 3 miles. I was wrong the last 2 days. I tracked with Endomondo & my route is 3 miles, not 2. Fun surprise!10

All three, and I had to log lunch and dinner from memory before bed because it was a busy day.

Hi All, I was here for a while in late 2018 through mid-2019 I think. I’d like to join again this month. I had a baby on Feb 2nd. I had insulin resistance (Or glucose intolerance?) during pregnancy and it’s not getting better. So I am eager to get the pregnancy weight off ASAP. Most of the pregnancy was miserable— I could barely move! Seriously, just waking across a room was a lot. I have a lot of work to do just in reestablishing basic habits— logging, exercising. I think being in the challenge will bring a lot of motivation. I don’t need to be in the winner’s circle this month— I’m going to be happy just getting on track. THANK YOU for the challenge!!!

@RangerRickL I would be very leery of that school. I hope that there isn’t a Rattle Snake Prep-School too! Nice pics.
@Hollis100 I could only imagine. They must be a sight to see.
@readyornot1234 I am sorry to hear about your illness. I must have missed the discussion. ‘Praying for a speedy and complete recovery!

Calories, reduced again and my caloric budget tightens. Today was a lesson in negotiating the potholes that caused me to crash and burn in the past. 3 key tools that helped today: Track everything. Count every taste lick and bite. Stay on budget. (Where have I heard that before? ‘Still cant move like before but I am getting there.

@alligatorob You are my hero!! Thank you for sharing your weight loss victory. You are definitely an inspiration. I'm grateful when I climb 300 to 700 feet. I don't have any ridges higher than that to climb.

@MadisonMolly2017
If I could average yesterday and today together, I would be okay. But that is not the way the UAC works. I did have a great and sweaty hike today. It was fun.
Calories: well under

@alligatorob Where in the world are you? I loved the photo of the mountain taken from the perspective of the boats in the marina of the lake.2

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? yes: 30-minute walk (which I just got home from and got stung by a honeybee this instant! Long pause...The play-by-play is as follows: I sat down and logged in to MFP. I felt a tickle on my neck and was stupid and swat at it. It was a lump! Aaaah, what is it? I knocked down onto the floor and saw it was a poor honeybee. My hubby assisted with stinger removal, but not before I got his dose of goodies. No anaphylaxis, so I guess I can continue with my post.) and 30 minutes aerobics
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? yes: that brownie went down good!
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? yes
@kblanc14, we must be pretty sweet to both get stung today! 2 days in a row would be crazy! I haven't had a sting for years, but my hair is long and he hitched a ride, to his doom, unfortunately.5 -
@alligatorob What a fantastic hike! Did you take a picnic?
@suzievv Welcome again! At least the end result of your miserable pregnancy was worth it!7 -
Exercise: yes. Gotta say, I'm proud of myself. I can't do cardio or leg weights as my calves are recovering from overuse. I managed to find some chair workouts I can do today and they're a better workout than I expected, especially for the core!
Stay under calories: yes
Log everything: Yes

Started the day early with my housemate. We walked to a viewpoint and watched the sunrise. There was quite a bit of mist so I came home afterwards to do some yoga while she went for a run in the rain. I need to stay healthy as I'm needed at work so decided to not risk that run.
Chilled day staying in calories, stretching happened a few times as well as series.
Our friend stopped by to drop off chips for us. It was so good to see her, even if we kept the car between us and I let my housemate have all the chips!
A lovely Sunday!5 -

@SheilaCali We must be! That’s similar to how I got stung yesterday. She flew into my hair and panicked when she got tangled and stung my head. Saturday was because we were doing a hive inspection and they didn’t appreciate the time of day and were rather feisty.

@kblanc14 Ouch! So sorry you were stung (but how wonderful to have honeybees)
@alligatorob Fantastic photos! That hike sounds like heaven.
@Hollis100 we love them even if they get feisty every now and then! It’s been a really cool learning experience the past two years

I have the urge to make a few shoutouts this morning.
@kblanc14 - ouch but I love me my local honey. My husband does maple syrup and he trades with the bee family down the street. Mmmmmm
@WMEJA - congrats on the loss.
@bill70sstrong - I’m glad you’re healing well!
@Nic8787 - it’s unfair that you don’t get more of an energy burn chasing after a toddler. I was always exhausted by the end of the day. If I were in charge of everything, I would make it more fair. It’s like running a marathon every day without getting the credit!
@alligatorob - that is a great view and a super impressive hike. How can you not want to hike it when you get to look at that everyday? Keep us posted on your progress to the peak!
@epangili - you’re starting May off with a bang! Way to go! I hope your cheek feels better 😎
@BMcC9 - I love dead bugs but have such a hard time keeping my lower back on the floor - which makes me laugh because I think I look like more like a squirming bug
@suzievv - your baby is beautiful. I hope you’re better soon
@nodm - I’m happy to hear you’re getting back. You’ve been a rockstar through it all. And I will keep pushing too. Living our best lives under any and all circumstances.
@RangerRickL - 😎 great and sweaty hikes are the best!
@SheilaCali - great play-by-play! Glad you’re okay
@Dory_42 - how are the residents at your job handling all of this? My dog is super confused so I was wondering how your charges are doing?
Good morning to everyone I missed! Time to go to work now. Have a great day to all on my side of the planet and good afternoon and evening to those who are not.
