    Total weight loss: -31 lbs!

I'm just gonna try taking this one week at a time. I just want to lose between 1-2lbs by next Friday. I think making monthly goals is too hard for me right now. Things have been so tough this year for me (stress wise), but I can't keep using that as an excuse because it's clearly impacting my physical health (in addition to having COVID 19 - which I'm STILL positive for! Ugh!). I'm up 23lbs from my lowest weight last June - that's a lot to gain back in a year. I'm just going to work on this one little lb at a time. It's too hard to think about trying to lose 23lbs "quickly". I'll keep checking in here on Fridays. Hold me accountable! Xoxo

Oh no hope you're feeling better soon, that sucks!

I'm back to weight loss focus now after finishing the binge-eating program so happy to try and hold you accountable a bit more. I am just above my orginal start weight right now, which is a little depressing....

....but I won't get anywhere by wallowing, I had a bit of an epiphanie the other day and decided I'd like to be maintaining at goal weight and fitter/healthier by my 40th birthday (a little way off in July 2023) and that taking it super slowly is the way forward for me.

I've typed up a plan to go up on the wall where my Positivity Board was previously (relocated not removed) with what I want to achieve, how I intend to achieve it and how I will measure the success, both weight, health & fitness related and general life related for 2020 & 2021.

Thank you, @tinkerbellang83. I'm feeling better from COVID 19 (and so are the rest of my family), but for some reason when I tested again, it came back positive. I can't return to work again until I'm negative (obviously). I'm testing again this upcoming Monday, so hopefully it'll be negative this time.

I'm so glad that you've continued this weekly weigh in group. I wasn't even sure if it was still going on, but so glad that it is! I think this weight loss journey is teaching me a lot about myself, and it sounds like you are learning more about yourself too. :)

That's a great long term goal to have! (You're a year younger than I am.) I think that's very achievable! And what a great way to celebrate becoming 40! I might just copy your long term goal!

I've got a game plan going forward, too. Is the Positivity Board only for you? If so, that's fine, just would like to share my plan and didn't know where the best place for it should be.

Hope you're staying healthy out there, my friend!!!

Hey there, my positivity board is just somewhere I write things I'd like to do to improve my week. I also have some motivational quotes and stuff on it.

I'll pop you a PM with a link to my 3 year plan as it currently stands.
