@RangerRickL Definitely coffee and I drink varieties from around the world. I lucked out a couple of weeks ago and was in my local grocery store and discovered a Puerto Rican favorite (a standard in homes there)....Yaucono. Lately I have also been enjoying some single-sourced from Papua New Guinea. I also use an old-school, plug in purcolator.

Stacking Rocks.....from yesterday's thread......copied and pasted from Pinterest.

Rock stacking has carried spiritual meaning across cultures for centuries. The act of balancing stones carries with it a practice of patience and a physical effort of creating balance. Each rock can signify an intention of grace for thankfulness, or offered up for another in need.

Please note we should not randomly stack stones because......

Stacked rocks, more commonly known as Cairns, placed along the trail signify that you are on the right track. It is a marker guiding you to the correct path or trail in cases where navigation becomes difficult and the trail may be easily lost.

    Happy Friday one and all!

it SNOWED last night! There is WHITE STUFF on the ground out there!!!!

@BMcC9, I feel for you! We "only" got flurries in the air today...nothing on the ground. But the frost overnight tonight will be detrimental to apple, ginseng and asparagus crops.

    Tracked yes
    Under yes
    Exercise no .... bad back

even if you have to "only cheer us on" because of your bad back ... the tracking and staying under practice will stand you in VERY good stead for the long term!

Take care of that back (as others who have had to come back from illness or injury will reassure you)

    Same here, more tonight. :(

Yes to all three. I had one (!) calorie left, I didn't plan that. I got an extra workout bringing in extra wood for the stove for the weekend. Have a good night all.

I have coffee in the morning. Sometimes I like putting cocoa in my coffee. Or just have cocoa.

mornings it is coffee. afternoon or evenings it is more likely to be UNcafinated tea - like mint ... especially through the late-spring / summer / early fall when i can brew fresh mint leaves from our backyard (or I could buy fresh mint in the grocery store if I wanted it "off season") i discovered this in Winchester uk two summers ago. It is one of the few teas that is as good hot as cold. (with no "iced tea additives" beyond pouring over ice cubes)
