I had a bad case of hormones on last and ate some pizza and some chocolate. I gained 5. I'm thankful I lost half of it before weigh in. I am gluten intolerant and it only takes once 😫
Btw this weight is from Thursday I just forgot to post it as I was busy this week and I usually only log onto mfp for this challenge.

Thanks you all for being such a motivational team! I am happy to say that I have lost 70 pounds. Without this team, it would have been a lot more difficult than it has! I still have some work to do, as well as fight this body dysmorphia I am having, but feel like I’ve come a long way.4 -

Day: felt kinda meh today and instead of eating my emotions I went for a bike ride (for the first time in like 5 years lol) and it felt great! Made me feel sooo much better too. Makes me feel like maybe I can be one of those people who can turn to exercise instead of food which is just mind blowing and exciting!2 -

Time to get back at it and start tracking food again. Weather has been cold and rainy so I haven't been motivated to run outside. Was able to do 5 Mile virtual race on Saturday. Learned that Race Day Magic is real even it you're racing by yourself and the course has more hills than the official course which is FLAT.3 -
