We love to eat wraps for lunch or dinner but the ones I’ve been picking up I never check the calories. In for a shock today to find two wraps was 400cal! Anyone know low cal option I can buy next time. Here’s my lunch thought it was healthy. Including 2 Mac and cheese bites (oops) it’s 1000kcal! Very filling but not much for 1k cals!jqykif0t2m8n.jpeg

Weight Watchers does a lower calorie wrap. 118 cals a wrap. They might be smaller but that might not be a bad thing. I think I'll give them a try too. Maybe even more salady stuff to bulk it up would help cut down calories.x

Thankyou. I’ve mainly been at Aldo for our shops but for lower cal options I’ll try Tesco etc. It was extremely filling and I didn’t need to have a big dinner but still wayyy too many cals for what’s meant to be a healthy-ish lunch.

I always buy the mini wraps instead. Also flat bread ... Lidl seeded flat breads are just the best

Hi Fern, I made my own flatbreads which could be used as wraps. 100 calories each. I know you're really busy but if you had time to make some and could freeze them. X
