20th May
I don't know what went wrong today. No energy.
I managed 20 minutes walking, just about, by kicking myself out of the house.
Stayed under calories.
Tracking: Yes, logged everything.
Not a great day, but I ticked all the boxes, just. Better tomorrow I hope...11 -
Pass day 2
When I prelogged my food, I knew that I needed to have extra as I was too low. I did not think it through though and as I added during the day, I did not log. When I got to logging in the evening, I was over and it was too late to cut some back.
I skipped the morning run to go and watch the sunrise with my housemate and her boyfriend but still had a busy day at work, evening Jiu Jitsu class and and we did a 20 minute yoga class.
Tomorrow is a new day and I have already planned better than today.8 -
Yes x3. I am setting a goal to get to the pool twice a week. Went yesterday and it was great. Best work out I could hope for is a swim day if I can’t have a lifting gym day.7

Yes times three. Still crazy work with this conversion. But still hitting it. Food choices are not that healthy but keeping within calorie goal.8

exercise - yes (active recovery)
track - yes
budget - yesKind of a good day hanging out with Little Buddy.
Didn't do much of anything.
No park or nothing.
I kind of kinked my back.
Getting up and down from the floor.
Getting Buddy up and down from the floor.
Buddy is a happy boy.
Even when he is not exuding happiness there is this sense of comfort and relaxation or maybe tranquility when he is around.
I settle right on down.
I ought to do blood pressure experiments of like Buddy here vs. not here.
Wife and I had this idea that we would sit with in the garage with the garage door open in folding chairs, Buddy in his transport chair. Kind of like sitting on a porch except we don't have a porch. Neighborhood doesn't really have porches.
But we are going to wait like that for his mom to come and get him.
So we sit comfortably like that. Wife reading a Kindle book. Buddy playing with a toy. Me I got guitar and am playing a tune from an old method book.
Buddy's mom pulls into the driveway.
Buddy's sister is there in the passenger side.
She gets out of that mini van her face beaming a big smile.
I think she liked the look of our garage band set up.
She is coming up on driving age or learners permit age.
So I see her with her mom increasingly.
I think there might be a deal in the works between those two.
... "if I get to drive, I could help out with taking Buddy to Grandpa Bob's..."
I don't know if they got that sort of deal making going on.
Intuitively I suspect it.
Exercise off day.
Buddy on day.
Depression off day.5 -

I have been remiss in posting this week. My job duties have taken a drastic turn to the physically active and I really just go home and crash.
May 18 - yes x 3: 203/30 min exercise, logged all, came under.
May 19 - yes x 3: 235/30 min exercise, logged all, came waaaay under.

Literally half of my transport team are on furlough, and with the census going up more every day, I have to leave the sedentary comfort of my desk and push beds and stretchers for 6 hours a day, now. The activity is great, but I'm not used to it, yet, and am so sore!
I am pretty sure this is going to be the new normal, because I don't see all of my team coming back after this second furlough. One or two, maybe, but not all 7.3
