Any suggestions for bloating?

Hi All! I'm a newbie and looking for suggestions for bloating? I'm drinking my recommended water (120fl oz,.I'm 180pds.) , eating healthy, etc. I think I read probiotics but which brand? Or maybe a detox/bloating tea?

At least with food logging it can make it easier to do the track down.
Really watch for those days when it's not as bad, and examine what was eaten prior meals compared to other days.
That's a whole lot of water though - usually the water recommendations aren't that high, and it includes water from food too - so you would never straight out drink that much.
That can sure cause bloating or feeling like it.1
