Thanks for sharing with us. It sounds like you made the best decision you could in an extremely difficult and heartbreaking situation. It takes real strength to admit that someone needs more help than you can give, so you shouldn't see this as a failure. I know that's far easier said than done.
Go easy on yourself. You diet is bound to slip at times like this but we're all here to encourage and support you whenever you need 😘

Doing really well with my running now. Have managed to get up to 12km (7.5 miles) and my shorter runs are getting faster too. I'm hoping this offsets my terrible working habits as I sit at a laptop for 12+ hrs a day, barely moving from the home office!
