    Weighed after breakfast as totally forgot to do it first thing.

    Y4 SW 156.8lbs 1/1/2020
    GW 125 lbs
    LW 160.4 lbs 5/15/20
    CW 163 lbs 5/23/20 (+2.6 lbs)

    Total weight loss: -31 lbs!

    So, I gained back what I had previously lost last week. I started doing a lot more gardening exercise and the exercise made me more hungry and then I ate back the burned calories. D'oh! Gotta work on that this week.
