            Happy Memorial Day everyone. Having a nice weekend, had all three sons home for a short visit, nice to have a meal together. I also wished my mother a happy 87th birthday. She's in good health and staying safe in Minnesota--retired RN's are pretty much bulletproof.

So I have made it a goal to break all of my old S-Health achievements. Yesterday I finally broke my step goal. The last two are toughies because I live near the coast and I have no stairs in reach. I need to break the elevation and floors climbed goals. I believe in a couple weeks I will be able to when I visit family in West Virginia. If not then, they will be stuck for awhile.3 -

            So I have been working from home since sometime in March. I've exclusively been wearing shorts since then. I decided to wear jeans for the first time since the whole COVID-19 deal. I can barely wear these now because they are way too big. When I started losing weight in August, I was wearing 40x32 jeans and they were actually getting tight. Now I'm going to have to buy 34x32 jeans. The last time I wore this size was when I was in high school...about 28 years ago.6
