Good day despite frustrations. Morning run was terrible and I actually gave up and walked home. Ate badly yesterday and gassed out. Need to eat before I train! I know this but haven't been doing it, so to was a good reminder.
Stood in the queue for over an hour to get a refund for an account that is finally closed and stopped by to visit my volunteer. She is autistic and missing the snakes badly. She had got me a mask so I picked it up and updated her on all the funny happenings with the animals recently. Then home to do a bunch of meal prep for my next work shift starting tomorrow.
The weather turned miserable and I wasn't really keen for Jiu Jitsu but my housemate was (normally one of us is, which means we rarely miss class). Coach was on his own so he used us to demonstrate the moves. Tricky to figure out what he means but between us we got it quite quickly. Turned out to be a great class and I'm glad I did it. Then a fun yoga session (fun because the instructor makes us laugh, even if it is tough) before supper.
Tomorrow is going to be cold and wet so I'll do some shoulder and wrist rehab instead of running. I'll get wet at work anyway but at least the sun will be up then.
I'm finding that many of my meals are becoming more plant based, although I do enjoy meat when I have it. Today was only bacon in my soup. Tomorrow's plan doesn't include meat at this stage.

Exercise? Yes, walking and an on-line yoga class.
Logged? To a point. Under? No. I was again too hungry today. Something else disappointed/frustrated me, and the result was I gave in to that hunger. Not so thoughtfully this time....
I can't wait to get my new phone....I was definitely too far under my calories last week. Hopefully today's little binge will make the deficit a little smaller and keep in the "yes" circle for the rest of May, even though I will not be in the Winner's Circle.

Exercise: Yes, cycle - 60 minutes, mow lawn with push mower around apple trees, slopes (tractor
leaning over on the slopes scares me too much and new tractor tires only have air in them —
need to get the tires filled) and front yard - 2 hours
I felt I was pushing too hard on my rides so I strapped on a heart rate monitor to check. I was. I started heart rate training today. I’m just going to keep it in zone 2 (out of 5) for as many months as it takes to keep it in check while increasing output.

Had a delicious grilled cheese that was simple to prepare. Put fig jam on, then sauteed sweet peppers glazed in balsamic, then cheese. Delicious paired with a side salad.6 -

Walked "Baby" my ten week old puppy in her sling to socialize her with the neighborhood noises. She can't officially walk on the ground and interact with neighborhood till all her vaccinations are completed in July. She's too little for her puppy sling at 3.3 lbs.
