Changing the subject...do you have less than 4 Pass Days? If so, you still qualify for the Winner's Circle.
Who believes they will have less than 4 Pass days this month?
So far, I have only 1 Pass day, so I'm hoping to hang in there.

Hi Ranger Rick and the UAC team.
I have 1 pass left and maybe using it this weekend or not. I'm still in the midst of post go live mess but there is light at the end of the tunnel. It's only a little speck but it's getting brighter.
Thank you all for the support, stories, ideas, and positive reinforcement provided here. I've been too crazy busy to comment but have been keeping up with everyone.
I'm looking forward to June and the possibility of more outdoor choices. Our beach is now open for solo activities, no sunbathing yet, and it's my hope the weather cooperates so I can finally take the beach walk I've been craving.

Two pass days used
Had a great walk today. We had heavy fog this morning but it started to clear out by noon. Bit hazy but here is a shot of the view.3 -
This morning I was down to 180 lbs, exactly half my peak weight. Had to brag some where!
I have used 2 passes but do not believe I will use another, so I should be in the circle.
Hey Suzy, just saw your pictures, my vote is for #2, the Covid look. But all are good, you have nice hair, and a lovely face. Thanks for showing us.7 -
As of yesterday, I just used my 3rd. Given my USUAL routine, and that there are only 5 reporting days left, I EXPECT (at this time) that I will Stay The Course and make the Winner's Circle.4

Still on track for winners circle, just can't use any more pass days!
Too cold for morning run again. Thankfully from 1 June we are allowed to exercise outside at any time! Busy day at work including cleaning penguin deck (they produce lots of guano) followed by an awesome session heelhooking my housemate in zoom Jiu Jitsu then some Yoga for BJJ. Loving this yoga which is aimed at our sport specific aspects.
Ate well even though I increased some of my quantity (I had space to play and was hungry.)
Tomorrow is a warm day so I plan to run again. Missing that alone time and the energy it gives me for the rest of the day (I have more energy if I train hard than if I sit around).6 -

Rob - That is so wonderful! Congratulations! Hard work and much determination on your part. It certainly doesn't happen with "luck". You certainly have more than earned the right to feel good and brag.

Only nutritional supplements (calcium / vit D plus an "auld ladies formula" multi-vitamin.) But I don't think that's what you mean ....1 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes - plenty of (indoor) walking - it was another scorcher of a day here. We made an appointment to have the snow tires switched off for the 3-season tires .... do you thing I might be jumping the gun on this? (snicker, snicker)
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes - even BEFORE realizing that my evening snack doesn't account for 200 extra exercise calories!

I've had a rough few days of being frustrated that I made choices resulting in weight gain (food related) even though I've worked out much more. I wrote on my hand today...WCNQ... for me...it's "with Christ, no quitting"...and a reminder of what I posted earlier this month about not quitting...or you end up where you started from... So - I'm not throwing in the towel. I've been slicing and dicing my TDEE and BMR...looking at when I was dropping weight easier and I'm coming up with a new approach. Also, my good habits that I choose to be long term...I'm holding onto those.3 -

Exercise: Yes, walking 30 minutes. Cancelled my exercise class as we are only supposed to book one a week and I have also got one booked for Saturday morning which I prefer.
Calories: Yes, stayed under, although the food I had wasn't the healthiest. I had real cravings, gave in to those so there was no more room for the healthy stuff I had planned.
