What are your goals and milestones for the 2nd half of May?
For me, I am starting at 203.5 and really want to be at 200. It seems reasonable when I write it down but for some reason the closer I get to breaking that 199 barrier the harder it feels. Like maybe it would easier and more satisfying to eat a serving of chips and guacamole that’s the size of my head . . .
BUT, that’s not really what I want, just an old habit. I can do this!
