A number of team members commented about how good it was to be journaling or tracking again.
I consider tracking to be the most important factor in achieving the healthy habits in the post above.

Tracking is the most essential of the healthy habits that will lead you to your goals and/or help you maintain your goal. What is profoundly important about the UAC is that although you sign up each month, success is achieved over many months. This is not a fad or a biggest loser and then bounce back challenge. This is a healthier life challenge.
Don't become discouraged by the difficulty in changing your habits. Habits can be very helpful or very hurtful. We want you to have the helpful healthy habit of tracking your caloric intake and exercise output.
One of my business mentors would often say, "Every organization has systems which are perfectly designed for the results that currently produce."
When we apply that concept to the human being, it would be something like this, "Everyone has habits that are currently causing us to be over, under or maintaining a healthy weight and fitness."
If you want to change your life, then change your habits....that takes time; desire; accountability and picking yourself back up when you have fallen.
Welcome to the UAC! We are here for each other and for our own healthy lives.
Rick

Oh wow did I hike today. I have skipped this hike due to ‘breeding season’ for snakes for some time now. Now when a foot long viper baby slithers across your path and you yell ‘ ahahhahahhaa *kitten*’ you scare away all the bigger snakes. Just some friendly knowledge for you all to use. It also raises your blood pressure so I’m sure you burn extra calories. I hope everyone is staying safe, loving yourself and keeping calm. ❤️❤️❤️ peace to you my American friends.11 -

Stronglifts 5x5 - think it took about 40 minutes7 -
@lexabeep My housemates boyfriend was worried about snakes on our hike yesterday. Personally, I work with the animals so understand them and if you are paying attention you should hear or see them in time. Then, stand still and slowly back away from the snake. It will either move away once you are out of its threat zone or stay in place and you can move passed it giving it a plenty of space (walk slowly around it with a wide gap between you and it.)
I went for a walk with my friend this morning which included exploring the ancient graveyard which wasn't really as ancient or as freaky as I hoped for. Exercise also included evening Jiu Jitsu and yoga.
Ate well and didn't buy treats at the shop and turned down my housemates offer of KFC so well within goal. Food planned for me next work shift which is only 2 days long thankfully.9 -

Exercise: Yes, 30 minute walk
Calories: Yes, stayed under.

Really tired of my own cooking and of cooking in general. I cannot be bothered any more to think of nice things to cook, different recipes, and I hate just slapping something together or eating ready meals. Can anyone inspire me? Left to my own devices at the moment, I would end up with peanut butter sandwiches for breakfast, lunch and dinner!11 -
Great post @RangerRickL

I've had some new knee issues lately that have caused me to cut back on my exercise. Had some x-rays today to see what's going on. My orthopedic surgeon and I have already discussed knee replacements, but I'm not having them done just yet. Knees are getting old! lol8 -
@Bill70sStrong You can be strong and still need new knees. Get them when you feel that it is right for you!
