Got these done yesterday. I cannot do a floor plank, yet! Crimeny! What's that all about? They used to be so easy. Getting up and down off the floor was the hardest...still is...man! I'm doing planks and pushups using the arm of the couch.

Today we walked 4.20 miles in 82 mins. Then I got on the bike for 30 mins for 5.28 miles. I am sore in different spots from yesterday!! :D

I love it Kathy! You go girl! :drinker:

Karen you are walking a storm up.

Chris I hate shutters! What a lot of work they are. I think you should just hire someone to do them!

I have been stretching and walking lots. And doing some pushups. I don't like going downstairs when my mom is here. I gave the area to her.

I so want our housekeeper to come back...she does EVERYTHING...but someone...not saying who...is not ready for her to be back into the house.

Walking is good, Shelley. It's all I'm doing...one hour each walk. BUT my belly is growing because I'm not doing anything else. I cannot convince myself to do anything. I want to get back w/our trainer but someone...not saying who...thinks it's too soon. ugh!

    Sorry, done.

Love all the walking going on here. I am sure we could all meet somewhere if we just start walking and don't stop.

Chris I have never had a housekeeper. I think I would clean before she came so she would not see my mess. Muahahah Would your trainer meet with you virtually? You have equipment. Let her know what you have and see if she could set something up.

Got to go, I am at work.

Chris - So sorry to hear about your ankle! Make sure you give it some good rest.

We’ve had a housekeeper for the past couple years but we stopped it during Covid. Probably will keep it stopped for a while here. Everybody’s doing a really nice job splitting up the housework so it’s not all falling on me. Kind of nice to save that money to right now.

Yesterday we had severe thunderstorms often on all day. I couldn’t even get outside to walk once! I had a ridiculous amount of meetings. Like crazy. Definitely ate more than I wanted to yesterday, but today is a new day :-) I ended the day with a nice soaking bath and my bedtime listening to a podcast. Hoping it closes the book to yesterday and sets the stage for a good Friday.

Today is a lot less humid and no storms so I will definitely be out there :-)

Chris what ever did you do? I am the one who usually falls. Sorry to hear this.

Karen we get lots of storms around this time of the year also. Now throw out the chocolate and get cracking!

Kathy what a great walk. I hope you had a friend or two. I walk so much faster with good company to share my walk with.

Going to get on the treadmill tonight for a bit and then some weights. And then I plan on getting out my zombie game and kill me some zombies!
