Exercise: Yes, walked to various places, including the Irish pub where I had drinks with friends, socially distanced, first time in three months. Feel much better now!
Calories: Yes, amazingly stayed under, even with indulging in sushi and a very small Guinness

Still struggling with Lockdown, but it is getting so much better! Looking forward to a museum visit today and a mint tea at a terrace!10 -

Yesterday I did like 2.20 of climb. A bit more than my usual dose.
Today my knee is whispering.
But I guess I been saying that for a few years.
Take an alleve and a tylenol even though not absolutely necessary.
Little Buddy makes me happy.

I'm so behind on keeping up this month.
Job scope has changed, so I am getting all of my exercise in at work, and it's basically been get up, work, come home, crash. Rinse, repeat.
So, to ensure I am caught up, I yes x 3'd every day this month. I've logged everything, dipped into a few exercise calories on the 3rd, but nothing massive, so stayed under goal, and my exercise minutes are flexing anywhere between 150 and 300 minutes each day. Moving patients, especially the ones in a bed, is a full body workout; resistance and cardio all rolled into one, and having to wear a mask while doing it really gets that heart rate up.
I am physically wiped out from this, but I know that I will get used to it, just like any other new thing.6 -

Exercise: Yes - long work day and feeling a bit run down today, so just a leisurely 2 mile stroll with spouse and cat.
Tracking: Yes - ravenous from a poor nutrition day yesterday, I depended heavily on my food diary to guide good decisionmaking today.
Calories: Yes - it was really tough to stay under today (ravenous!) but I feel satisfied having done it, especially without a lot of fresh food in the house right now. Thank you, canned lentil soup!
After a pass day yesterday, I'm surprised at how hard it was to avoid using another one today! Hunger, cravings, stronger laziness urge than usual. Momentum might be the key for me.7 -
