I am grateful for another day on this Earth to do my best and live life to the fullest.
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Leg Day! 50 minutes of lower body strength + 2 mile walk this morning

Week 1 Weigh in day: -1.2 lbs down
I am grateful that my two adult daughters are healthy and are doing well, despite us being in different states. I am grateful for my mom and dad who are always there for me, my boyfriend who I can always count on and my 4 pets who cuddle with me every night!8 -

.....And I lost a pound this week! Woo woo! Seems like not a big deal, but I have been fighting to lose that one pound, rather than just yo-yo. Yay!

I am great full for a steady job that I enjoy, a house, living in a location that allows a lot of outdoor activities, and another year around the sun.6 -
So much to be grateful for, the government looking after us in these strange times, my boss, my husband is my rock, love our house and garden, health, able to walk miles, lidl supermarket, feel safe in there in these weird times

What am I grateful for? A job that I'm less than thrilled with (an understatement -- I call it a Hell Job). However, I'm employed in an essential place in a town where most of the people are out of work. The place will not close and I will not be laid off. I can eat and pay my bills.
I'm grateful for nature and the beautiful weather here. I live next to a national park where I can walk, jog, meditate, and find peace.
I'm grateful for communites like MFP and the UAC, where people come together to support each other.
