    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes (one untimed on the bike in the basement - settings entered but forgot to press Start before putting the tablet in front of the display and getting lost in the audiobook - subconsciously started to wonder why no tension-change by the time the 3rd chapter started LOL - low-balled calorie estimate for that one; one TIMED and on a good vigourous effort settng)

    Yes X3! Today (6/10) was my first day back in the gym since stay-at-home orders were put into effect, and it felt so good to be back!
