Thank you for the intro!! Looking to get a little focus, reverse some prediabetes, chd, and lower some numbers, and get back on the fitness trail.

Feel like I am in a COVID COMA and need to wake up.

I think many of us feel like that, I hit a bit of a bump when lockdown kicked in and then was fine for about 8 weeks, but last couple I've just gotten back out of my routine again, I don't think bank holidays & my in-office day changing have helped. So trying to find the balance again.

Don't panic if it doesn't happen immediately, if you're kicking your exercise up, you may find you retain water on your muscles for a couple of weeks.

My story is I had a bunch of progress last year, all culminating in a big run on May 28, 2020. In Jan 2020 I racked my head in an accident. Moved to Hawaii, for a new job. All momentum was planned to temporarily stop for about two months to recover and acclimatize, then the lockdown. The two month pause, has now extended to five months. Going back up over 200 lbs hurt. It is a lot of fun to drop below 200, and double NOT fun to rise up past it.

Yes, agreed! It's like your body doesn't want to let go of it yet. I have the imagery of a driving a car. You have to stop the car completely first, then you can begin to reverse. So maintaining for a couple weeks doesn't mean it's not working, it's just that you've stopped driving forward.

No biggy! If you have it recorded somewhere else, just list it as your LW, I check both when filling the spreadsheet in, as some people forget to check in every week.

Well, still pretty much maintaining from 2 weeks ago, but at least I'm not gaining. I think I'm ready to start implementing some walks as exercise again, as I think I need it in order to move the scale down more.

My hip is still really hurting from having the COVID 19 virus (residual joint pain) plus I'm still wheezing, so I have to be ready to use my inhaler at any moment. Because of that, I'm wary of running quite yet. PT is going okay, but slow progress. Hoping it will just get better and I'll be able to get back to running the C25K program again.

    CW: 159.6 lbs (June 19 2020)

    - 0.2 lbs

Am expecting a dip tomorrow, but that is normal for the weekend. Seem to be maintaining and bobbing between 159 and 161 lbs a the moment. Am sticking to my daily cals, have added in four days a week weight training (lighter than usual as gyms not open yet and not much equipment at home) and will add in walking and maybe a 3 mile run here and there this week.
