    Up, Down, Up, Down

Think something I ate yesterday disagreed with my stomach, very bloaty and had the same cough I normally get from certain yeasty foods/drinks.

Trending at a small loss in Libra and logging more or less has me at the same deficit so confident this is one of the many peaks and troughs, was around 263 Sunday - Tuesday.

Head screwed on, remember weigh in Friday...d'oh

    SW: 195.4 lbs (September 3 2012)
    GW: 140 lbs
    LW: 159.6 lbs (June 19 2020)
    CW 160.2

    + 0.6 lbs

Yep, it seems I am plateauing at 160 lbs mark...cals have been cut by 90 per day, so let's see if that makes a difference. Trying to find balance with the training, work and extra cardio. Not much extra cardio this week. Just managed 90 minutes fast walking....

    Total weight loss: -35.2 lbs!

Well, yesterday, the community section of MFP wasn't working for me, so I'm posting today instead of Friday. Good thing too because yesterday was 162, and today it came back off, lol. I think it was water weight or something, but I'm grateful that it came off again. I still need to get focused on regular walks, which I'm trying to do at work. But also need to stop indulging in desserts after dinner. :D

Next week I'm on vacation, so hopefully I don't mess up too much! Wish me luck!
