Kicked in about 40 miles for the week of cycling and yard work. Gone back to low/no saturated fats, Whole Food Plant Based eating. no oils, no meats or dairy. mini goal is under 190 by the end of the month. I went into COVID at about 208 so that will be down 18 since early March.2 -

Yep, it seems I am plateauing at 160 lbs mark...cals have been cut by 90 per day, so let's see if that makes a difference. Trying to find balance with the training, work and extra cardio. Not much extra cardio this week. Just managed 90 minutes fast walking....3 -

Well, yesterday, the community section of MFP wasn't working for me, so I'm posting today instead of Friday. Good thing too because yesterday was 162, and today it came back off, lol. I think it was water weight or something, but I'm grateful that it came off again. I still need to get focused on regular walks, which I'm trying to do at work. But also need to stop indulging in desserts after dinner.
Next week I'm on vacation, so hopefully I don't mess up too much! Wish me luck!2
