Week 4 Weigh in day: -1.4 lbs down for a total of 2.6 for June.3 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes - more of an "active rest day" but sufficient to count
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day?Yes - kept calories just below "pre-exercise" intake to start recovery from bigger, high-salt Sunday Father's Day Pass Day
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes

@hollis100 Thanks. I've been wearing minimalist shoes for the past few years which has been great for my foot and leg strength but since it doesn't have cushion you need to be careful not to heel strike but instead have more of a mid/fore foot gait. I'm thinking it was probably some combination of daily 80 min walks combined with perhaps some heel striking on my part3
