Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? yes, 90 minutes walking and 3 hours disinfecting the public areas of my workplace due to the virus. I exercised more than this, but don't trust the numbers MFP gives me, so I'm only logging this much.

Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? yes
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? yes

Yes to all three... Although only just on the calories.

My exercise was 15 minutes on the ring fit on the switch and a session of stronglifts.

Yes times three. Not in winner's circle this month. I've been generalky wishy-washy this month but am getting back on track. Hope everyone has a great day.

Man o man this month has gone by fast.
I only got 20,000 of climb so far.
So much for my ambition of 30,000.
Can't make up that difference in five days.
I be lucky to get half that difference and maybe get the Strava merit badge.
    No winners circle for me.
Started the month way left footed.
But, uptick, I lost a few pounds camping.
    That is usually the case.
Pretty much convinced that my metabolism changes when I spend a few days above 10,000 feet.
I don't eat all my exercise calories but I drink more than my usual.
That makes discipline and tracking kind of dicey - but losing pounds is satisfying.
Camping has a lot of walking around in it.
It is not like I have a computer chair or a tv couch anywhere.
The bike rides are kind of serious but even when not doing that I do a lot of short exploratory hiking.
Camping - sleeping is sometimes kind of fitful. Noises in the night. "what was that?"
Don't know if my tracker watch catches that fitful kind of sleep.
I sleep in a meadow surrounded by Aspen trees. I hear all of this clattering in those trees.
There are no cows in this region of forest.
Deer... you would kind of think deer to be a quiet animal. But I guess on a moonless night they stumble about in the trees.
After a couple of nights of figuring that out sleep becomes solid.

@oldDogBiking Beautiful photo. That kind of scenery makes being outside all worthwhile.
20,000 of climb sounds fantastic. Glad you got to go camping and your wife could look out after Buddy. And I've heard deer at night. They run around and snort and snuffle.
