In the last week of every month, I promote the upcoming month's UAC.
This is when I need to ask you to do something for me...and other's you don't yet know.
Please go to the MFP Challenge Board and post a positive statement about why you like/love being in the UAC.
Help others to be a part of this great team.

@RangerRickL I have already signed up to the July UAC and I have left a statement. UAC Has been fantastic for me personally. June was my first and its kept me on track like nothing has before. My clothes are looser and my weight is the lowest ive been all year. July is my birthday month so i am already planning my pass days.

Pass day 4. Planned a rest day which would include zoom class and yoga but then my housemate bailed and I was lazy so no exercise and ate over my calories. Oh well, I did plan and prep food for the next 5 day work shift which will keep me active!4

Hot day today. I spent the day at the beach with my son and did lots of swimming so exercise done. I tracked everything. But I was over calories from some alcohol and ice cream5 -
Hot day here today as well. I went for a long walk and ate back most of my exercise calories (all logged). So I'm still at deficit overall according to MFP.5

Still in the running if you can hold out on using Pass #4 for just a little longer .... but I am sure you discovered plenty of positives and Lessons Learned to apply to July even if Pass #4 happens to happen ....4 -

Yes, yes, yes. 20 mins stepping class and 20 mins Pilates today. I have been having trouble accessing the community part of the app. But after several attempts an able to post now. Shows how much I appreciate the accountability on this page. Rick: thanks g fo or this group. I did post on the page you highlighted above. I had a good day, although, I did work more hours than I had expected. Tomorrow is filled with lawyerly stuff too. I thought I was retired.

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, hours of walking and disinfecting the public areas of my workplace due to the virus. I logged less than I actually did because I have no idea about the calorie burn. Exhausted.

Tracked, and am under calories for the third day in a row! It's a rarity but I'll take it. 36 min dog walk. 70 min if tennis whooped me in the best way possible. I love when exercise doesn't feel like exercise cause you're having so much fun.2 -

using the last few days of June as "training camp" for July is a great strategy!1 -
I'm back! I've had some connection issues the past few days - logging has been frustrating, and posting here has just not been an option. Still on track though! Hopefully everything is fixed now, I've gone back and put in the posts I would have made if I could have.
Exercise - Yes - 3 mile run, plus riding bike alongside hubby as he ran (much faster than me). We ran in the rain, but we caught this double rainbow in the evening!
Tracked - Yes - MUCH less frustrating now that internet connection is more reliable

Pass day three for me....I made banana bread (my husband’s fave, I always feel compelled to make it when bananas go past their best). Figured out the calories after I’d eaten it, then didn’t get a chance to make up the difference as I couldn’t do my usual evening walk. Then - garden drinks with neighbours put me further over! But a lovely day and I still did my yoga and 45 minute dog walk in the morning.4
