Every month, I depend on you to tell me/us if you are going to be a qualifier in the Winner's Circle. It's not being boastful, you are the scorekeeper, I'm just the maintenance department worker.
I"ve heard from @corriepelc
@TerriRichardson112
@russaliak2313, and Happy Birtday yesterday!!
@BMcC9

Now I need to hear from you too!!
Who expects to commit to making it to the Winner's Circle?

Another pass day for me. Stomach bug hit me. Survived the day at work but no exercise as I have no energy left now. Food was in budget though as I was cautious about eating.7
-
I think I'll be in the winners circle. I've used all three pass days but I've not got anything coming up in the next few days that might push me off plan. The weather is also going to be a bit rainy and cooler so easier to get in exercise and I find going out and about is when I overeat.
Yes x 3 today.
Exercise was 36 minutes of ring fit on the switch and a 20 minute yoga session.6 -
I've had mainly yes x's 3 days this month - and today is on track...but a little hiccup in health has me distracted from posting. Not qualifying this month - but hats off to all who have! I've got something going on medically that I need to address...but I'm sticking with my commitment on here. If you happen to be prayerful - would you pray for me to (a) get myself to go to a doctor...rather stubborn in this area... and (b) for healing.10

Calories: Yes
Tracked: Yes
I will be in the winner circle. I only 2 pass days.5 -
@dsgoingtodoit I don't do much praying, but I am certainly sending positive thoughts your way!4
-
I’ve been yes x 3 all month. I may take a pass day on the 30th because it’s my birthday but meal plans are still up in the air. I plan to be in the winner’s circle this month.6
-
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes!!! I feel like I hardly stopped moving all day - 35 mins yoga, 50 mins dog walk, one hour bike ride, two hours of cleaning and a bit of football in the park with my son.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes
@dsgoingtodoit hope you are feeling better soon. Definitely, definitely go to a doctor. What is there to lose? If something is bothering you, don’t put it off. When I’m dithering about whether I should see a doctor I always think what would I do if it was one of my kids? Well done on keeping going with your goals.6 -
Yes X 3 today. I walked this morning, but my evening walk has been canceled by heavy rain and expected thunderstorms. Can't do anything about Mother Nature.4
-
117 mins Exercise (HIIT, Walking, Pilates)
Under calorie goal
All tracked
1️⃣ Pass Day left
Hang on to this last Pass Day. 😂6 -
Exercised, logged, and under calories5

Yes, yes, yes. 2 pass days left! A few hours of deep cleaning home today. Best thing to do in rainy weather. Barely under calories budget today as I treated myself to desert. Good day5

I plan on the winners circle once again logged and tracked with yard work3

Saturday, 6/27
Tracking: Yes
Calories: under
Exercise: Yes, restorative yoga - 30 minutes, 18 holes golf walking
I was going to try to mountain bike today - it’s been many many years (15 or so). I was apprehensive. Didn’t do it because of all the coyotes. This morning there were a bunch of them staring at me in the back field. Just standing there staring straight at me. I have never seen this behavior before. Broad daylight. Fish and Game says they are taking over. All I could imagine was falling off my bike and being eaten alive by a pack of coyotes. That doesn’t happen on my indoor cycle. Shoot, now I’m imagining my house full of coyotes. My dreams should be eventful tonight.
Pass days to date - 4
@dsgoingtodoit - go to the doctors please. You are in my thoughts. No one is going to take care of you but you so get checked out.5 -
Pass day. Slightly over on calories but the "if every day were like today" number is still below my current weight, so I'm glad I kept it mostly in check.
Interesting how May was so easy for me (<3 pass days) but June has been harder. I'm not overly concerned but it's interesting to wonder about. Perhaps different routines since I'm a teacher or different emotions as summer starts.5 -

Camping this weekend. We have been very active, but I didn’t track, so it is another pass.
I will not be in the winner’s circle, but this month was better than last, so I’m making progress7 -

fitbit finally started talking to MFP again.
Days goals met: 24
Pass days used: 3 (2 unintentional; 1 pre-planned)
Still in the running!4 -
Still on track for Winners' Circle! Thanks for all the encouraging replies re technology problems.
Exercise - Yes - moderate 3.1 mile run with friends, easy 10.4 mile bike ride to/from run start. Why do I usually drive there?
Tracked - Yes
Calories - Yes - well under
We started and stopped our run at a brewery that often has a really good food truck outside. I brought my own lunch and drinks, so when everyone else was enjoying some extremely high-calorie treats after our modestly calorie-burning jog, I wasn't left just staring at them longingly.
It's easier sometimes now. I'm not as hungry, I'm developing an arsenal of low-calorie snacks (pickles! strawberries! yum), and I'm beginning to learn that I can feel satisfied while staying within reasonable limits. There's still a lot of work to do on portion sizes, emotional eating, and being ok with delayed gratification, but things are definitely changing. I'm gradually gaining what I want to gain and losing what I want to lose.6 -
@jillebean86 We are all having problems with MFP and it's failure to allow us full functionality.
Even when everything is working fine, you don't earn a pass day for not posting. You can always catch up. Well, if MFP gets it's act together.
I am worried that economic problems with Under Armor may be showing up in their failure to adequately fund MFP.5 -

Exercise yes 10 min quigong, 30 min strength training, 90 min walk along the beach at Caistor UK, had a paddle and nearly got dragged in, wind, rain, was 29 degrees and sunny all week but that's our weather... Enjoyed the walk on beach

Oh no! Perhaps we need a back-up plan Re: Under Armor.
A Facebook Group?2 -
I will be in the Winner’s Circle for June!
Yes x 3

Yesterday was the first time since the beginning of the year that my body called for me to sleep. I basically lounged and slept all day long. It felt good to imitate the cat. Another pass day in a month filled with passes. Again I feel like I'm having a delayed covid lockdown reaction. Now it's a matter of adjusting my attitude and moving forward.7

I have all my passes left so will be in the circle. This is probsbly the first time I haven't taken a pass day...so hsppy about that. This month has been about bringing good habits back into focus.
. It never dawned on me that the company may be in trouble. My thought was maybe too many people were trying to get on at the same time. I hope thats all it is. I love this group of encouraging people.4
