Shelley, I don't know what I did. We were walking with a lady from the neighborhood and it just started hurting. I should have let Pat go home for the car but I am stubborn and walked about a mile with it hurting. It is still swollen and sore...trying to keep it elevated and icing it...ugh.

It has been so unbelievably humid here over the past two days. On Monday I went outside to walk but then I felt really awful and exhausted. Yesterday when I went to the doctors I came back with a terrible headache. I think it's the barometric pressure! Took it easy the past two days but hopefully will exercise a little bit later today. They're saying on the news to wait until the end of the day because the humidity is so terrible. Got to love summer :-)1

Karen - I feel your pain. The humidity has been terrible in Georgia as well.
Shelley - no swimming. The swim center just reopened a couple of weeks ago. I haven’t gone back yet. Waiting to see how it goes here in Georgia. People are not social distancing or wearing masks in public. Our ups bets are on the rise again in Georgia.

Karen I get migraines, so I feel your pain.
Kathy people can be so pig headed at times! Really, keep back. Don't crowd us I don't want what you might have! People here are in denial. They don't think it is real. Well to be fair not everyone feels that way. They don't know how lucky they have it living where the population is so spread out and low. Stay safe. Your parents are relying on you.I bought a few trumpet vines to plant. I am putting them where they can be contained!
I have been stretching my back a lot lately. And walking. Planting and weeding. Put in another hibiscus. I love my clematis this year. So pretty.

Did 2 sets of Tank Top Arms and 1/2 of Stormborn. I figured out how to do the entire workout without having to get on the ground. Will try that out on Tuesday when I do these again.
