Yesterday, after a 10 week layoff, I gingerly ran a mile. I think my injury has healed. I'm going to be doing a snails pace increase in running over the next month as prevention against re-injury. I think I had a stress fracture in my shin. When covid/work from home hit, I significantly ramped up my miles and promptly injured myself.2 -

Yes! Finally feel like I'm moving in the right direction! Almost back to my January weight! I'm working on telling myself "no", as I've been saying "yes" all year long and the scale has only gone up and stayed up. Hoping for another loss next week!2 -
